I doing all this thing because I wanna have a healthy life, has 'cam best' body shape like I had before & the most important thing, I wanna reduces my 'pressure' disease. bukan tekanan perasaan taw. tapi memang sejenis penyakit tekanan. alhamdulillah, kadar tekanan dah kurang sedikit but still belum stabil.
it's ok. sikit-sikit lepas nie mungkin tekanan dalam badan aku akan kembali normal. haiyaaaaaaaa fighting !!!
* jogging malam lebih bagus dari berjogging dalam cuaca panas sebabnya berjogging dalam cuaca yang panas boleh menyebabkan badan anda kekurangan air.
